Claudia Morales

Claudia was born and raised in Mexico City, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in hotel management at Universidad Intercontinental. Her career eventually brought her to Puerto Vallarta some eight years ago— and she’s fallen in love with the beach town and its warm weather.

She’s been all over the country: all the way from Los Cabos, Monterrey, and Aguascalientes to Guanajuato, Veracruz, Guerrero, Tulum, and Merida. However, her favorite place in Mexico is the Yucatan Peninsula. Claudia loves to spend time with her family, going out to the movies, new restaurants, and the beach.

Before joining Journey Mexico, Claudia worked at various guest services-oriented positions at renowned hotels like One & Only Palmilla, Ventanas al Paraíso, and Four Seasons Punta Mita. Now, as a Travel Planner, she enjoys organizing trips, exploring alternatives, and designing experiences that clients will love. For Claudia it’s all worth it when clients reach out with a thankful note and a happy anecdote from their trip.
