La Loma – The jewel of Cuixmala, La Loma is a spectacular house set on a hill overlooking a 3 km beach on the Pacific Ocean where, if you are lucky, you can see a few dolphins passing by from time to time in the open ocean. It has 4 spacious suites, 7 adjacent large bungalows with external terrace, a large dining room, a library, a drawing room, 2 indoor patios, 3 large terraces covered by palapa roof, a swimming pool at the beach with a palapa roofed dining area, a TV room with 70 inch TV screen, satellite TV, DVD-VCR home theater, an office with computer/high-speed internet and fax. The house is fully staffed (cook, 2 butlers,maids, laundry,gardening).
La Loma, when combined with the 7 additional bungalows can accommodate 22 people. It is an ideal house for important events such as weddings, private parties, or just family gatherings.

Las Casitas – This group of cleverly designed villas (5 singles and 3 doubles), offers a beautiful natural scenery in a tropical manicured garden combined with personalized service. Each casita has 1 bedroom with king size bed, terrace-sitting room, bathroom, and telephone. One double casita has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with two single beds, en-suite bathrooms, a large living room, and terrace. The second double casita has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and the same features as the other. The third double casita has 2 king size bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a large exterior sitting room. The Casitas share a club house with a restaurant, a tv room, and a swimming pool over looking the coconut plantation.

Las Villas – Casa Alborada – This magnificent moorish style house located on the hill over-looking the coconut plantation and the Cuixmala river has been professionally decorated, every object carefully selected to enhance each spot of this house. Its spacious and comfortable living areas integrate with each other emphasizing the elegant design of the arches. It has 3 bedrooms with King Size beds, 1 bedroom with two queen size beds, all come with en-suite bathrooms, a large living room, a drawing room, a breakfast area, a large terrace, a swimming pool.
