(PUERTO VALLARTA, MEXICO, May, 2018) Journey Mexico announced today that Brady Binstadt is joining their team as the company’s first ever Chief Revenue Officer. He will also assume the role of Executive Vice President of Sales and Customer Service.
Binstadt brings over 19 years of experience and success in the luxury travel industry to Journey Mexico. Binstadt climbed the ranks of one of the industry’s most respected Luxury Tour Operators from receptionist to Vice President culminating in the successful streamlining of an 80-country product portfolio, leading to consistent revenue increases and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
“I am thrilled to be joining a team as highly respected as Journey Mexico during a pivotal time of significant growth,” Binstadt said. “I hope to leverage my global industry experience to take the company to the next level.”
In his new position, he will help consolidate Journey Mexico and position it for the future challenges in the dynamically changing travel industry landscape. Binstadt will lend his experience and expertise to improve systems and processes across the company, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Supplier Management.
