Day 2: A Journey Into the Amazing Rio Secreto
Private Cenote Cave Adventure
The longest cave system in the Yucatán Peninsula, that’s semi-submerged in crystal clear water. Arriving to the natural reserve, you’ll be welcomed by your personal, specialised guide before heading to the Río Secreto entrance. After a safety and equipment briefing, follow your guide inside the natural reserve, where you’ll receive a Mayan welcome ceremony.
Get ready to enter the underground cave system, a natural museum of rock formations, which tells the geological history of the area. With your expert guide, you’ll walk and swim following an otherworldly 1km route. Admire hundreds of stalactites and stalagmites that have formed over many years, in a surreally beautiful setting.
Exiting the caves, toast to a truly unique experience with Xtabentún, a regional Yucatecan liqueur made from anise seed, honey and rum. To complete your adventure, refuel with a regional buffet and fresh, flavored waters before continuing back to your hotel.

Day 3: Whale Shark Expedition
Isla Mujeres Private Whale Shark Expedition
This is your chance to swim with the majestic whale shark, the largest fish in the world! On this private trip, you will snorkel alongside these gentle creatures, taking in their impressive size and beauty.
Together with your guide, you’ll head out on a private boat ride to the natural migration route of the whale sharks. Slip in and swim alongside the whale sharks that pass by this area annually between June and September. Despite their size, whale sharks are totally harmless to humans, consuming only large quantities of plankton. After a true bucket-list experience in the water, you’ll head back to your hotel.
Please note: As with all wild natural phenomena, encounters depend on the migration of the whale sharks and while likely, cannot be guaranteed.

Day 4: Ancestral Cultures and Historic Cities
Guided Journey to Chichen Itza, Valladolid & Cenote
Your personal, expert guide will meet you at your hotel at 8am and you will be driven to the archeological zone of Chichen Itza (180km, 2 hours). As you traverse the site, visiting the Temple of the Warriors, the ball court and the sacred cenote (sinkhole), you will learn all about Maya cosmology, religion and the dualism of life and death from your expert guide. Visiting the ‘Castillo’ or Pyramid of Kukulkan, you will discover the ingenious architecture that results in a figure of a snake descending and ascending its steps during the equinox, making it one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
Your journey will continue to Valladolid, a charming colonial city and first capital of the region. Here, you will have some time for lunch (not included) and an opportunity to explore the historic city center and convent accompanied by your bilingual guide before heading back to Cancun.

Full Day Excursion to El Cielo – Private 51“Catamaran
You’ll cruise to the waters around Cozumel Island to enjoy the day in stunning tropical surroundings on a private 51” catamaran. Set sail from the Puerto Aventuras Marina through winding canals, before navigating to El Cielo, a sandbar with shallow and clear blue waters. Here, you´ll transfer to a fishing-style boat to head into this beautiful, protected area where you can snorkel and look out for a variety of sea life like turtles, manta rays, spiny lobsters and stingrays!
Back at the yacht, you’ll be treated to an a la carte menu and top shelf mixology, served by the chef and crew. Enjoy the sparkling blue waters of Cozumel as you get playful with a selection of inflatable toys, or float up to the shallow, sandy beach with a drink in hand. As you return to shore, a breathtaking sunset provides the perfect ending to your adventure.
