2021 YPO Formula One Mexico City Disclosure and Waiver:
In response to ongoing health concerns related to COVID-19 and other potential diseases, you should be aware that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases, including currently unknown diseases, in any place where people are or have been present, even when all possible health and safety protocols are employed. COVID-19 is an extremely dangerous disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and people with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable to COVID-19. The Formula One Event Organizers, YPO Event Committee, its members, staff, contractors, and other third parties cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed to and/or infected with COVID-19 or any infectious diseases, including currently unknown diseases, at any stage of your participation in The Event, even when all possible health and safety protocols are employed. The Event Organizers have consulted guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control, The Four Seasons Mexico city, and other resources concerning appropriate health and safety protocols. Upon your request, The Event Organizers will provide you with the best available information it has concerning these health and safety protocols, including protocols required by and utilized by The Four Seasons Mexico City. In addition, you acknowledge that YPO and the Formula One Event Organizers do not oversee or control the policies and procedures that the hosting properties and other venues utilized by The Event Organizers have in effect, nor does YPO or the Event Organizing Committee control the manner in which the these venues ensure that those policies and procedures are followed or enforced. Furthermore, even if The Four Seasons Mexico City and / or other venues utilized by The Event make a good faith effort to ensure compliance with those policies, some individuals (whether or not other participants in The Event or locals with whom you come into contact) may not follow the relevant health and safety protocols. Your registration for and your attendance at The Event constitutes your agreement that you assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases, including currently unknown diseases, as provided for herein. By continuing your registration, you hereby release YPO, The Event Organizers, Formula One, The Four Seasons Mexico City, its employees, agents, and representatives, from all claims, damages, and injuries arising out of YPO's, The Four Seasons Mexico City's or any other third party’s acts or omissions, and The Event Organizers’ and Four Seasons Mexico City’s failure to implement, follow, or enforce health and safety protocols, and/or your exposure to or infection with COVID-19 or any other infectious diseases, including currently unknown diseases. If you are unwilling to agree to the release provided for herein, please do not complete your registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Due to limited capacity, your request to attend YPO Formula One Mexico City Event is a commitment to attend as it impacts the availability for other attendees. If you’re unable to attend for any reason, no full or partial refunds will be issued once registration is complete. Transfers are allowed with organizer's approval to another qualified YPO member, spouse, or family member until September 14, 2021.

In case of a cancellation of the event by the Mexican local (Mexico City) or federal Government, CIE and / or Formula One, for issues related to the COVID-19 Pandemic, your purchase will be valid as a credit for a future YPO Formula One Mexico City event or can be refunded minus the 10% handling fee. Please note, refunds are subject to the receipt of all monies from all suppliers and will be processed within 15 days of receipt of funds from all 3rd party providers.

Covid-19 Vaccine Requirements

Covid-19 Vaccine Requirements:
After careful review of the COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC, hosting properties, and other resources, the YPO Organizing Committee for this event has decided that all persons attending the YPO Formula 1 Mexico City Event must show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 prior to October 14th, 2021. Once we have verified your proof of vaccination, we’ll notify you via email. You may continue with registration without showing proof at this time, but you must return and complete this step by October 14. If you register and cannot provide proof of vaccine by October 14, Your event participation will be canceled and no refunds will be granted.
