Operations Coordinator
Mathilde is from the South West part of France where she obtained two university degrees. After studying and working her whole life, she decided to go on an adventure and start traveling the world. When she finally made her way to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, she decided to settle and make a new home for herself there.
She has worked in the tourism industry the 10 years that she has lived in Mexico and she is pleased to be a member of the Journey Mexico team. Her positive attitude and efficiency keeps Journey Mexico running at optimum level. With her knowledge and passion, she is an expert at her field in ensuring others expectations are met.
When Mathilde isn’t occupied making certain other’s travel experiences go precise, she likes to read and loves to travel. Her favorite cities in Mexico, so far, are Mexico City for it’s endless opportunities and discoveries and Guanajuato because of the colors, streets and Mexican ‘feel’. After establishing her life in Mexico, she came to the conclusion that she was born in the wrong country and that Mexico and the Spanish language is more of her identity.
