Day 1

Today you will be met by your driver outside of customs (international flights) or after leaving the secured area of the terminal (domestic flights) and privately transferred to your Mexico City hotel.

Day 2

Private Half Day Afternoon Mexico City Tour Optional Activities Include: 1) Mexico City Center 2) Anthropology Museum 3) Xochimilco + Frida Kahlo (Trajinera Not Included) Coyoacan & San Angel

Day 3

Private Transfer from Mexico City to San Miguel de Allende via Teotihuacan with Lunch Teotihuacán Visit the 3rd most important religious center worldwide-the Guadalupe Shrine. After visiting the Archeological Site of Teotihuacán with its impressive Quetzalcoatl´s Temple, you will climb the Sun and Moon pyramids.

Day 4

Private Afternoon & Historical walking Tour of San Miguel de Allende Today after breakfast you will be picked up by your private expert bilingual Spanish/English Guide for a half day historical walking Tour of San Miguel de Allende. See colorful buildings and enjoy the parks of San Miguel, visit the Parroquia, the Oratorio, or any one of the numerous other churches in town, visit the Museo Casa de Allende; the house of San Miguel's most famous son and namesake, the independence leader Ignacio Allende, which is now a museum. Also, turquoise and silver jewelry can be found in one of the many myriad shops.

Private Afternoon Guanajuato City Tour You will be picked for a privately guided Sightseeing Tour in Guanajuato: Mummy Museum (Museo de las Momias) This is the most unique museum in Guanajuato; it is a must-see because it is so unusual. Church of San Cayetano, Built toward the end of the colonial period in the opulent style of Mexican baroque. The interior is a dazzling affair, with gilded carvings and retablos (altarpieces). The best time to see it is midafternoon, when sunlight pours through the windows, illuminating the golden carvings. Alley of the Kiss (Callejon del Beso) There is a fifty-fifty chance you will get blissfully lost in the many lovely, winding and labyrinth like alleys around the alley of the kiss. El Pípila Monument: This is the best vantage point in Guanajuato for photographs -- the whole city unfolds below you, with great views in every direction. A funicular railway runs up the hill from behind the church of San Diego.

Flight from Leon to Merida via Mexico City (Included)

Private Half Day Afternoon Tour of Merida City You will be picked up at the hotel lobby for a private tour of the historic center of Merida (3.5 -4:00 hrs.) including the main plaza (zócalo), markets, museum of Canton Palace, the Cathedral, the Monumento a la Patria (Monument to the Fatherland)and Paseo Montejo, designed to emulate the Champs Elysees.

Yes we finally made it home!!!! It was a looooong journey and we’re still on jet lag, but for sure can already taste the sweetness of all the good memories that we had back there in Mexico wink

I’m pleased to announce that we had a wonderful time in Mexico with all its beauties and its very very nice people!! You guys in Journey Mexico did a great job in taking care of everything; Thanks for your hospitality and kindness.
