Terms & Conditions for Booking

Payment for Trip: We do ask for deposits, and we kindly request that payment is made in the following manner:

A non-refundable $200USD* deposit upon receipt of invoice and 100% of the total booking 60 days prior to departure unless by prior arrangements and confirmed in writing.

* Deposit and payment terms can vary depending on season and suppliers; clients will be advised of any exception to this general policy at the time of accepting proposal. For group / incentive / specialty bookings, payment terms and conditions will be provided on a case by case basis.

Cancellations and Refunds: If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply computed as of the date of receipt of written cancellation notice.

Distribution of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Cancellation Fee Schedule*: All Cancellations must be received in writing
Minimum fee: $0
46 days or more prior to arrival:
All non refundable deposits, surcharges and deposits will be charged
a cancellation fee of 15% of the entire trip cost will be charged

45-31 days prior to arrival:
All non refundable deposits, surcharges and deposits will be charged
a cancellation fee of 25% of the entire trip cost will be charged

30 days or less: 100% of trip cost will be charged

* Christmas, New Years and Holy Week / Easter Cancellation Policy

90 days or less: 100% of trip cost will be charged
*Rates are based on group participation and no partial refunds will be given for unused trip arrangements for any reason whatsoever. Once you have been confirmed on a trip that requires a medical certificate signed by a doctor, normal cancellation penalties apply if your doctor does not sign the certificate. We highly recommend that all clients purchase trip cancellation insurance.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.
