Viva Mexico!!!! To celebrate Mexico’s Independence Day, Rebecca surprised the office with an array of delicious tamales, which we happily devoured. Included flavors were: rajas (green pepper), pollo (chicken in a spicy red sauce), and costilla (pork rib in spicy red sauce).
